Description

We are looking for a motivated Commis de Partie/ Junior Chef (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team at the Böglerhof with passion and creativity.

Your tasks:

Preparing dishes according to our recipes and standards: You will enjoy preparing delicious dishes that offer our guests a great taste experience.
Sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen: You will help to ensure that everything in the kitchen works well so that the team can work together efficiently.
Ensuring that all dishes meet our quality requirements: You make sure that every dish is fresh and tasty to satisfy our guests.
Careful storage and care of ingredients: You ensure that food is stored and cared for properly to keep it fresh and of the best quality.
Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP): You comply with hygiene and safety standards so that we work in a clean and safe environment and our guests feel comfortable.

Requirements

Completed training as a chef or a comparable qualification: You have a sound education and a solid understanding of the basics of gastronomy.
Passion for good food and creative cuisine: Your enthusiasm for high-quality ingredients and innovative preparation methods not only inspires you, but also your team and our guests.
Ability to work in a team and an open personality: You value teamwork and are willing to share your knowledge as well as learn from others. A friendly demeanor and communication at eye level are important to you.
Flexibility and willingness to keep a cool head even in stressful situations: You keep an overview even in hectic moments and are ready to take on new challenges to get the best out of every situation.

C2 (excellent knowledge)
