Description

Responsibility for your area: You will ensure that everything runs smoothly in your position and that the food is always prepared to the highest quality.
Preparation and attention to detail: You work with high-quality, seasonal and regional ingredients and contribute your ideas to create real culinary delights for our guests.
Working together as a team: You are part of a well-coordinated team and work closely with the head chef and your colleagues to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen and that our high quality standards are always met.
Promoting junior staff: You share your knowledge and experience with younger colleagues and help them to develop their skills.
Ensuring hygiene: Cleanliness and hygiene are your top priority. You make sure that all hygiene standards are adhered to, especially in accordance with HACCP.

Requirements

Your profile:

Training as a chef: You have a sound education and several years of experience, preferably in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry.
Passion for your craft: You love preparing even simple dishes to perfection and working with fresh, regional ingredients.
Team spirit and organization: You enjoy working with others, keep an overview even in stressful times and contribute to good teamwork.
Responsible and committed: You lend a hand where necessary and take responsibility for your area - from preparation to the finished dish.

Language skills

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
