This is where hospitality is experienced most intensively. In service, you are the important link between kitchen and guest, and influence satisfaction on both sides. Respect and appreciation between kitchen and service have the highest priority. "You can hear smiles" - we want our guests to "hear" a lot of them. Attentive service, with an open and friendly manner, attentive, empathetic and quick to recognize the needs of the guest. We work in a sales-oriented manner without being pushy. We take time for our guests in the right amount and at the right time. Our locations are also advertising media for guests from out of town. The working area includes: Breakfast service, during the day there is a small menu, afternoon snack at 16.00, evening service of our 5-course FEINSCHMECKER menu with 5 choices, hotel bar and lounge, service on the terrace for house guests. Drinks sales, wine advice, decoration, festive tables (Christmas and New Year's Eve). A passion for hospitality hits the mark here. Restaurant for our house guests: approx. 85 guests Our house guests are looked after here in the mornings and evenings. Pampering breakfast buffet until 10.30 a.m. 5-course gourmet evening menu with 5 choices Salad buffet Selected cheeses from the buffet, Restaurant "Hubertusstube" à la carte restaurant with approx. 25 seats The restaurant is only open in the evening Hotel bar with open fireplace and lounge Are open all day. At lunchtime there is a small menu. At 4.00 pm the afternoon snack is served here. Once a week live music (guitarist, piano, ...)
