Description

We are looking for a reliable leader for our housekeeping team, who impresses with attention to detail and a trained eye for cleanliness and tidiness . You not only have experience in the hotel industry , but also a passion for offering our guests a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. From December 4th, we would like to welcome you to the Böglerhof on a long-term, one-year contract. Your tasks:

Management and organization of the entire housekeeping team i
Responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms as well as the public areas of the hotel and the hotel laundry
Development and implementation of cleaning standards and procedures
Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
Coordinating work processes and training new employees
Budget planning and control in the area of housekeeping
Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Your profile:

Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the 5-star hotel industry
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
High service orientation and an eye for detail
Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge of German

Language skills

German

C2 (excellent knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Work experience: 5 Jahre
Leadership experience: 3 Jahre
