Description

We are looking for a reliable assistant manager for our housekeeping team to support the housekeeper and take over responsibility in her absence. You have an eye for detail, ensure impeccable cleanliness and contribute to providing our guests with a pleasant and comfortable environment.

In the absence of the housekeeping manager, responsibility and organization of the entire housekeeping team
Professional cleaning and care of our exclusive hotel rooms and suites
Responsibility for cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel
Careful handling of our guests and their wishes
Carrying out the laundry service
Close cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the 5-star hotel industry
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
High service orientation and an eye for detail
Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge of German

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time
