Description
We are looking for an attentive and committed Chef de Rang (m/f/d) from December 5 for an annual position, who focuses on the well-being of our guests with passion and dedication .

Your tasks:
- Responsibility for a service station
- Personal and courteous service for our guests in the restaurant and on the terrace
- Serving food and drinks with the utmost professionalism and care
- Ensuring a smooth and well-organized service process in your area
- Guidance, support and training of Commis de Rang and trainees
- Providingexpert advice on the selection of food and drinks
Working closely with the kitchen and the entire service team to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Requirements
- Professional experience: You have already gained experience in the upscale hotel industry (4-star superior or 5-star) and have sound specialist knowledge.
- Service orientation: You work attentively, politely and intuitively recognize the wishes of our guests to ensure a smooth process.
- Precise and clean work: Precision and cleanliness are a matter of course for you - whether serving or preparing the restaurant.
- Language skills: You are fluent in German and have a good command of English to communicate confidently with international guests.
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and reliability: You are a real team player, resilient and reliable, even when things get hectic.
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners: Your friendly demeanor and well-groomed appearance reflect the high standards of our company.
