Description

In our a la carte restaurant "Wine & Dine", centrally located in Sölden, which is known for the perfect combination of traditional Tyrolean home cooking and international specialties, we are looking for a motivated chef de partie starting in autumn. With great flair and attention to detail, we serve our guests not only hearty Tyrolean classics, but also a variety of internationally inspired dishes.

Our succulent T-bone and ribeye steaks, which can be enjoyed together with excellently prepared vegetarian dishes in a cozy, traditional atmosphere, are particularly popular.

Your profile:
  • Experience in the á la carte sector.
  • Preparation of traditional Tyrolean dishes and international specialties
  • Creative and high-quality cooking with regional ingredients
  • Preparation and cooking of dishes to a high standard, both in terms of taste and presentation
  • Compliance with the recipes and standards of the house
  • Close cooperation with the other positions in the kitchen to ensure that the entire kitchen operation runs smoothly
  • Good language skills in German
