We are looking for a committed Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible .

Your tasks:
  • Management and organization of a special kitchen post such as Entremetier, Saucier, Pâtissier, Rôtisseur or Gardemanger.
  • Planning, organization and execution of daily tasks in the assigned post; preparation of meals according to the chef's specifications.
  • Responsible for storage, stock control and timely ordering of required ingredients and utensils.
  • Contributing suggestions for new dishes and helping with menu planning and special events.
  • Supervision and training of Commis, Demi Chefs and trainees in their own area.
  • Close coordination with the other head chefs and the kitchen management to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP; maintenance and cleaning of the workplace and kitchen equipment.

Your profile:
  • Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in various positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the specific area for which the Chef de Partie is responsible.
  • Organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking at a high level.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and leadership qualities.
