Your tasks:

Support and representation of the restaurant management in all operational tasksEnsuring a smooth process in daily operationsLeading and motivating the service teamManaging our own service stationSupporting and advising our guests, especially in the area of wine recommendationsCompliance with and implementation of our quality standardsControl of incoming and outgoing goods

Your profile:Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in a similar positionPassion for regional products and the cultivation of wine cultureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsResponsibility and assertivenessGood knowledge of wine and wine culture, preferably with appropriate further training (e.g. sommelier)
