The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for our entire Food & Beverage department, including the planning, organization and control of all catering services.
• You develop and implement creative concepts for food and drinks that delight our guests.
• As a leader, you will manage and train our F&B team to ensure first-class service.
• You will be responsible for budgeting and cost control in order to maximize profitability.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all hygiene and safety standards.
• You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• By regularly analyzing guest feedback, you will ensure the continuous optimization of our offering.

You should meet these requirements:

• You have completed training in the catering or hotel industry.
• You have several years of experience in a comparable position in the DACH region.
• Leadership and communication are among your strengths - you inspire your team and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Your creativity and passion for gastronomy make every F&B experience special.
• You speak German and English very well, other languages are a plus.
• With your service orientation and your flair for guests, you create unforgettable moments.
