Your tasks:

Management and organization of the bar areaMaintenance and further development of the bar menu with a focus on creativity and regional productsTraining and management of the bar teamEnsuring a smooth process in daily operationsControl of stock levels and ordersCompliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

Several years of experience in a comparable position in the gastronomy industryExpressed creativity and passion for innovative beverage creationsReliability and sense of responsibilityGood knowledge of regional products and their possible usesLeadership qualities and the ability to motivate a teamExcellent communication skills and customer orientationFlexibility and ability to work under pressure
