Description
We are looking for a committed and passionate Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our team. In our philosophy, we place particular emphasis on teamwork, wine culture, regionality and sustainability.
Your tasks:Service: Ensuring first-class service for our guests, from welcoming them to saying goodbye. Advising and assisting our guests with food and drinks.
Wine culture: Interest in acquiring the necessary knowledge about our wine range and the ability to advise our guests competently. Presentation and recommendation of regional and sustainable wines.
Teamwork: Working with the service and kitchen team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Supporting the other team members.
Regionality and sustainability: promotion and implementation of sustainable practices in daily operations. Awareness and knowledge of regional products and their origin.
Your profile:
Experience: Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or professional experience in a similar position.
Team player: Strong team player and enthusiasm for working with colleagues.wine knowledge: Passion for wines, especially regional and sustainable wines. Knowledge of wine sensory analysis and wine culture.
Sustainability: Interest in and commitment to sustainable practices in gastronomy.
Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when dealing with guests and colleagues.
