We are looking for a dedicated Souchef (m/f/d)to start as soon as possible .As Sous-Chef you will work closely with our Head Chef and be his direct deputy in his absence. Your responsibilities will include all matters in the kitchen as deputy to the head chef. Supervising and assisting in the organization of the staff are also part of your tasks, you are the link between the chef and the kitchen staff.

Your profile
  • Supporting the head chef in planning and organizing daily kitchen operations
  • Preparation and cooking of food at 5* level
  • Deputizing for the head chef in his absence
  • Training and induction of new team members
  • Coordinating and leading the kitchen team, especially in stressful situations
  • Collaboration in the development of new dishes and menu offers
  • Support in the implementation of inventories and orders
  • Close cooperation with the service staff to ensure a smooth process
  • Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
