We are looking for motivated and experienced support for our kitchen team for the coming winter season from 16.12.2024. Together with our team, you will ensure that our guests are spoiled with culinary delights throughout the day - from regional, organic and sustainably produced food to creative menu creations. Thanks to your extensive knowledge and flexibility, you will be able to take on different kitchen areas and provide optimal support to our kitchen team. You value a good atmosphere in the team and also attach great importance to harmonious cooperation across departments.

Requirements
WHAT WE ENTRUST TO YOU
- Support our kitchen team in the preparation of meals according to our quality standards
- Take over a kitchen area according to need, interest and ability
- Flexibly fill in in various kitchen areas to ensure the smooth running of kitchen operations and support team members
- Independent preparation and cooking of food and dishes
- Actively participate in the development of new dishes and specialties in close collaboration with the head chef
- Ensure a clean and hygienic working environment in the kitchen
- Ensuring efficient storage and inventory management of food and kitchen materials - Reordering food from the head chef in good time if required
Working closely with the service staff to ensure a smooth process during service hours
HOW YOU CONVINCE US
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- several years of professional experience as a chef de partie in various kitchen areas
- Enjoy cooking and an independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, especially with regard to working hours and areas
- Interest in regional cuisine and willingness to learn new skills
- A respectful approach to food and a strong awareness of hygiene
- Well-groomed appearance
