Description
We are looking for motivated support for our service team for the coming summer season. Together with our team, you will ensure that our guests are catered for throughout the day - from the breakfast buffet to our lunch snack buffet to the 5-course evening menu. You will enjoy working with a wide variety of guests, including children. In our family hotel, it is important to us that our younger guests are also completely satisfied. In stressful times and when things get noisy, you keep an overview and don't lose your cool. Your eye for detail, especially in terms of cleanliness, contributes significantly to the feel-good atmosphere in our hotel. Just like us, you attach great importance to teamwork and a harmonious working environment, even across departments. Requirements
WHAT WE ENTRUST TO YOU:
- Serving the food
- Informing guests about the ingredients, preparation and possible allergens of the food, if requested
- Participating in regular briefings before the start of the shift to discuss important information, special requirements or menu changes
- Preparing and replenishing the buffets
- Clearing and setting tables
- Cleaning restaurants and buffets according to our hygiene and cleanliness standards, including sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Regular cleaning of drinks and coffee machines that are available to our guests throughout the day
HOW YOU CONVINCE US

- You enjoy dealing with people
- You have the ability to accurately understand and fulfill guest requests
- You are able to deal professionally and calmly with the complaints and concerns of our guests
- You are a team player but also able to complete tasks independently and on your own responsibility

- You have the physical resilience and stamina required for service work
- You have a strong sense of hygiene and carry out cleaning work accurately and carefully
- You have a very good command of German or English
