Requirements
- Warmly welcoming our guests and accompanying them to their table
- Fulfilling the individual wishes of our guests to ensure that every evening is something very special
- Responsibility for the entire à la carte business, including
- Taking orders
- Serving drinks and food to a high standard
- Advising guests on their choice of food and drink, including wine recommendations
- Ensuring a smooth flow in the service area to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere
- Maintaining the restaurant areas, including setting and decorating, to ensure a welcoming environment
- Cashiering and billing as well as working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a coordinated process
