Requirements
Duties and responsibilities:
- Service: Responsibility for your own service station within the restaurant, looking after and advising guests on food and drinks
- Ordering: Taking orders, serving food and beverages and billing at the table
- Preparation: Preparation of the mise en place for a smooth service process.
- Quality control: Ensuring the high quality and presentation of the food and drinks served
- Guest satisfaction: Friendly and professional interaction with guests, fulfillment of special requests
- Teamwork: Supporting the Chef de Rang and working closely with the kitchen and service team
Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the service area
