Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

Overall responsibility: assuming overall responsibility for the operational running of the restaurant.
Staff management: Managing, motivating and training the service team, including scheduling and controlling working hours.
Customer satisfaction: Ensuring an excellent guest experience through personal support and problem solving in the event of customer complaints.
Quality management: Monitoring compliance with all hygiene standards and quality guidelines.
Merchandise management: Responsibility for ordering processes, warehousing and inventory as well as ensuring optimal availability of goods.
Marketing and events: Planning and implementation of marketing measures and special events to promote the restaurant.
Communication: Maintaining close cooperation with the kitchen, suppliers and other departments to ensure that operations run smoothly.
