Requirements
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Room cleaning: Thorough cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms including making beds, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces
- Bathroom maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms, including replacement of towels and toiletries
- Public areas: Cleaning and maintenance of hallways, lobbies, stairwells and other public areas
- Laundry management: management and care of laundry, including changing and washing bed linen and towels
- Materials management: replenishing amenities and cleaning supplies and careful handling of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Quality control: Ensuring compliance with cleaning standards and quality controls
- Guest relations: Dealing with guests in a friendly manner and resolving minor queries or problems
- Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements
