Requirements
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation of meals: Production of large quantities of food according to established recipes and standards.
- Preparation of salads: Creation and preparation of various salads according to recipe specifications and individual guest requests.
- Preparation: Preparation of ingredients by washing, cutting and portioning for daily production.
- Presentation: Attractive presentation and decoration of salads on plates or in buffet bowls.
- Quality control: Ensuring the high quality and consistency of the food produced through regular checks and tasting.
- Hygiene and cleanliness: Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Inventory management: Monitoring the stock of ingredients, storage and timely ordering of supplies.
- Teamwork: Working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a smooth production process.
- Efficiency: Optimizing work processes to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
