Janitor / technician (m/f/d)

Purpose of Position:

The Janitor is responsible for the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of the building and associated grounds. He/she will ensure the efficient completion of repairs, maintenance and general duties to ensure the proper operation and condition of the facility.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• driving our younger guests to ski school in the morning and picking them up in the afternoon
• parking the guests' cars
• Luggage service
• Storing the luggage of our guests
• repairing damaged items such as lighting and furniture
• clearing the paths to the hotel of snow (snow blowers)
• Preparing and clearing the terrace

Maintenance and repair work:

• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work on buildings, facilities and equipment
• Monitoring and maintenance of technical equipment and systems (e.g. heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems)
• Identifying and reporting major repair needs to the supervisorFacility management:
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the building and on the premises
• Waste disposal and recycling in accordance with regulations
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities, including lawn mowing, snow clearing and gardeningSecurity tasks:
• Monitoring security and fire safety systems
• Carrying out regular security rounds and checking emergency exits and fire extinguishing equipment
• Key management and access controlSupportat events:
• Preparation and support for internal and external events (e.g. setting up furniture, technical support)
• Supervision and support of external service providers and craftsmenDocumentationand reporting:
• Keeping maintenance and repair logs
• Regular reporting to superiors on the condition of buildings and facilities
• Management of material and tool stocks
