Our sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent food at lunchtime - from fresh fish and seafood to juicy steaks, delicious pasta and tempting truffle dishes, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. In the evening, we spoil our hotel guests with an exquisite 5-course dinner menu, complemented by salads and cheese from the buffet.

Your tasks

Creative co-pilot: Support our head chef in organizing and managing the kitchen.
Master of perfection: Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.
Art of the plate: Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of dishes at the highest level.
Innovative spirit: Developing and implementing new recipes and menu ideas that delight our guests.
Mentor: Supervision and training of our dedicated kitchen team.
Quality guardian: Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP.
Organizational talent: ordering and stock management.

Requirements

Culinary training: Completed vocational training as a chef.
Experience: Several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position.
Passion: Enthusiasm for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
Team player: Ability to work in a team and leadership skills.
Stress resistance: Ability to work under pressure and flexibility.
Know-how: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
Responsibility: Organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
