The family-run Hotel Bergkristall stands for the highest quality, enjoyment with all the senses and warm hospitality. In the morning, we spoil our guests with our breakfast buffet, which is popular far and wide. Our sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent food at lunchtime - from fresh fish and seafood to juicy steaks, delicious pasta and tempting truffle dishes, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. In the evening, we spoil our hotel guests with an exquisite 5-course dinner menu, complemented by salads and cheese from the buffet.
Your tasks
- Host with heart: Supporting the Chef de Rang and the service team to offer our guests an unforgettable culinary experience.
- Service assistance: Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant, such as setting tables, polishing cutlery and glasses and replenishing consumables.
- Serving: Assisting in the serving of food and beverages and supporting the team during service hours.
- Guest care: Friendly and courteous interaction with our guests and fulfillment of minor requests.
Hygiene: Compliance with hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP.

Requirements
- Education: Completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry, or initial professional experience in the service sector.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for excellent service and upscale gastronomy.
- Willingness to learn: Motivation to learn new things and develop further.
- Communicative: Friendly demeanor and good communication skills.
- Team spirit: Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with colleagues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to support the service team in many areas
