Our sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent food at lunchtime - from fresh fish and seafood to juicy steaks, delicious pasta and tempting truffle dishes, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. In the evening, we spoil our hotel guests with an exquisite 5-course dinner menu, complemented by salads and cheese from the buffet.
Your tasks
- Creative artist: Preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads and starters that delight our guests.
- Fresh variety: Responsibility for the selection and processing of high-quality, fresh ingredients.
- Perfectionist: Compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP.
- Team player: Working closely with the head chef and the entire kitchen team.
- Innovation driver: Developing and implementing creative new recipe ideas and menu creations.
- Organizational talent: Ensuring a smooth workflow in your area.

Requirements
- Specialist knowledge: Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience as a Gardemanger or in a comparable position.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for cooking and a high degree of creativity.
- Team spirit: Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure: Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations.
- Precision: Careful and accurate way of working.
- Hygiene awareness: Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations.
