The family-run Hotel Bergkristall stands for the highest quality, enjoyment with all the senses and warm hospitality. In the morning, we spoil our guests with our breakfast buffet, which is popular beyond the borders. Our sun terrace is the perfect place to enjoy our excellent food at lunchtime - from fresh fish and seafood to juicy steaks, delicious pasta and tempting truffle dishes, accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines. In the evening, we spoil our hotel guests with an exquisite 5-course dinner menu, complemented by salads and cheese from the buffet.
Your tasks
- Host with heart: Welcoming and looking after our guests to offer them an unforgettable culinary experience.
- Service professional: Responsible for the smooth running of the service in your area - from taking orders to serving food and drinks.
- Wine expert: Advise our guests on the selection of wines from our extensive wine list.
- Coordinator: Working closely with the kitchen to ensure that all dishes are perfectly prepared and presented.
- Problem solver: Dealing confidently with guest requests and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience: Professional experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for excellent service and upscale gastronomy.
- Wine connoisseur: Sound knowledge of wine and a passion for wine advice.
- Communicative: Strong communication skills and a friendly, open personality.
- Organizational talent: Structured way of working and good time management.
- Team spirit: Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with colleagues from different departments.
