From 05.12 we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a seasonal or annual basis.

Your tasks:
- Responsibility for your own post: you take charge of your post and ensure that everything runs smoothly so that our kitchen team can work together harmoniously.
- Preparation of high-quality dishes: With great attention to detail and a pinch of creativity, you will conjure up exquisite dishes that will delight our guests and leave a lasting impression.
- Support in the development of new dishes: You are actively involved in the creative process and help to develop seasonal and innovative dishes that enrich our culinary offering.
- Induction and guidance of commis and apprentices: You play an important role in training our junior staff by inducting and guiding them at your post so that they can develop their full potential.
- Compliance with high hygiene standards: You will ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to and handle fresh food responsibly to ensure the highest quality and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry: You have a sound education and practical experience that will help you succeed in a demanding environment and demonstrate your skills.
- Passion for creative and high-quality cuisine: Your enthusiasm for cooking and creating new dishes is reflected in your work. You love experimenting with fresh ingredients and bringing out the best in every dish.
- Enjoy working in a well-coordinated and motivated team: You value team spirit and a shared passion for gastronomy. Harmonious cooperation is important to you and you actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
