Description

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist with yoga training (m/f/d) from Monday-Thursday from 13:00-19:00 from December 5th onwards , who will welcome our guests with a smile and help them to enjoy a relaxed and balanced stay.

Your tasks:
- Friendly & caring reception: you welcome our spa guests and make sure they feel comfortable right from the start.
- Individual advice and scheduling: You advise our guests on treatments and applications and plan appointments
- Selling wellness products and spa packages
- Creating a feel-good atmosphere: You ensure a pleasant and relaxing ambience in which our guests can feel completely at ease.
- Running yoga classes and meditation sessions: You will lead yoga classes and meditations
- Preparing drinks at our spa bar
- Managing the spa store: You will look after our spa store and ensure that it is always appealing and well stocked.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for wellness: Your passion for wellness and holistic well-being is reflected in your daily work.
- Completed yoga teacher training (at least 200 hours): You bring in-depth knowledge and a passion for yoga.
- Experience in customer service and/or the hotel industry: Ideal if you have already worked in a similar environment and know how to look after guests warmly.
- Friendly and professional demeanor: Your natural charisma and professionalism make it easy for you to welcome and look after guests.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills: You are a talented organizer and communicate clearly and effectively.
- IT skills: Familiarity with booking systems and Office applications is one of your strengths.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work weekends and shifts to provide the best service to our guests.
