At the Böglerhof, a family-run 5-star hotel in the picturesque Alpbach Valley, we place great value on hospitality, quality and harmonious cooperation. We are looking for a motivated Commis de Partie from 05.12 to enrich our team with passion and creativity.

Your tasks:

Supporting the kitchen team: you will help with the preparation of dishes and ensure that everything is fresh and delicious on the plate.
Preparing simple dishes: You will be responsible for preparing basic dishes and work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie to develop your skills.
Hygiene and cleanliness: You will ensure that all hygiene regulations are observed and maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
Preparation and mise en place: You take care of the preparation of ingredients and the mise en place to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.
Learning and development: You are willing to learn from more experienced colleagues and expand your culinary skills.

Requirements

Completed vocational training: You have completed training as a chef and ideally have some experience in upscale gastronomy.
Passion for cooking: You enjoy cooking and want to develop your skills in a creative environment.
Team spirit and motivation: You value teamwork and have a positive attitude.
Flexibility and resilience: You are prepared to work in a dynamic environment and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
High quality awareness: You value fresh ingredients and always strive for the best quality in preparation.
