Description
Reception: Would you like to be a host in an innovative hotel? Wellness hotel "Mein Egger Wirt" Your tasks: - You will be responsible for warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to our hotel guests - You will receive and process our guests' requests and concerns - You will be responsible for advising and selling our hotel services - You will be responsible for various administrative activities in the front and back office
Requirements
Your profile: - Training with a focus on tourism and professional experience is an advantage - Good knowledge of IT - Independent and self-reliant work - Enjoyment of the job and willingness to continue training - You have a talent for communication and can cope with the demands even in stressful situations - Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry - Completed professional training in the hotel / restaurant industry - Very good German and English skills - Organizational skills, Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills - Ambition, sociability and motivation - High service and quality orientation - Excellent communication as well as convincing and winning appearance - Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and high motivation - Team player and stress resistance
