Assistant to the hotel management/management (m/f/d) flexible and team-oriented person, if possible with experience in the upscale hotel industry

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to our hotel guests
  • You will receive and process the requests and concerns of our guests
  • You are responsible for advising and selling our hotel services
  • You are responsible for various administrative tasks
  • Processing inquiries and requests from our guests
  • Purchasing wine and miscellaneous items
  • Stock management and controlling
  • IT support (hotel, cash register, stock program, TV and Internet)
  • Developing quality standards (possibly quality manual) and reviewing them - continuous improvement of standards
  • Ongoing monitoring of service quality, cleanliness and employee behavior
  • Conducting regular quality training sessions with employees
  • Complaint management
  • Control of payments/invoices
  • Representation of the owner family in case of absence
  • Apprentice representative and staff liaison officer

Requirements

  • Training with a focus on tourism and professional experience an advantage
  • Good knowledge of EDP
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Enjoyment of the job and willingness to undergo further training
  • You have a talent for communication and can cope with the demands of stressful situations
  • Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry
  • Completed vocational training in the hotel / restaurant industry
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
  • Ambition, sociability and motivation
  • High service and quality orientation
  • Excellent communication skills and a convincing and winning manner
