Spa Receptionist (f/m/d) flexible and team-oriented person - preferably with experience in the SPA area.
Your tasks
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests in the SPA area
- Looking after guests in the waiting area before and after their treatment to round off their SPA stay perfectly
- General point of contact for our guests on the subject of SPA & wellness
- Supervision of the wellness bistro
- Scheduling the desired treatments
- Advice and sale of exclusive SPA & Beauty Shop
- Booking of services on guest accounts
- Compliance with service and hygiene standards & checking that the entire SPA reception area is tidy and clean
Requirements
Your profile
- Training in the commercial and/or cosmetics sector with experience in customer contact (an advantage)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Good IT skills
- Cordial, team-oriented and communicative host personality
- Affinity for beauty, wellness, lifestyle & fashion - Enjoy working with people
- Language skills
German
- Work permit
- EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
