From 06.12.24 to 21.04.25 we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d) for our Kids Club, who will be there for our little guests 6 days a week from 14:30 to 21:30 and give them unforgettable moments.
Your tasks:You will lovingly look after children aged 3 and over in our Kids Club.
- You organize and design creative and educational activities that inspire children.
- You will ensure that the little ones have fun in a safe and happy environment.
- You plan and lead varied play and craft activities.
- You will be in contact with parents to respond to their wishes and concerns and create an all-round good feeling.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to create a positive and supportive environment
- Experience in caring for children and knowledge of age-appropriate activities
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative programs
- Team spirit and collaboration with other hotel departments
- Flexibility in terms of working hours as the Kids Club may be open on weekends and holidays
- Ability to workindependently
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Polite demeanor and well-groomed appearance
