Requirements
- Welcoming and looking after our guests: You are the first point of contact for our guests and make them feel welcome right from the start.
- Check-in and check-out: You ensure that arrival and departure processes are handled efficiently and that all guest information is recorded correctly.
- Guest service: You are always available to answer our guests' questions and concerns and offer assistance to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
- Cash management and billing: You will be responsible for cash management and invoicing.
- Coordination and communication: You will work closely with all departments of the hotel to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Administrative activities: You will perform administrative tasks such as handling mail, emails and phone calls as well as maintaining guest databases.
