Become part of our team and take an active part in the further development of our wine culture in all Gröller Hospitality establishments. Under the leadership of Katharina Gnigler, as Head of Wine & Service, the entire team contributes to the spirit and, above all, develops it together.

The new concept in our newly opened Belétage combines an urban bar with a casual dining experience in a sharing style. You are passionate about developing yourself in your field and enjoy working with your team and guests even in stressful situations.

Restaurant culture in tune with the times - the Poststube 1327 on Lake Traunsee. Awarded two toques and 14 points in the Gault&Millau Guide. In addition, the Falstaff Restaurant and Inn Guide 2023 rates our Poststube 1327 with 85 points and 2 forks.

As a Someliére in our inn, you will ensure the well-being of our guests and emphasize the corporate culture of Gröller Hospitality Betriebe with your personality. In the Poststube 1327, tradition and modernity merge. The classic Austrian cuisine is reinterpreted. Inclusion and diversity have characterized our restaurant culture for 3 generations.

Your tasks:

  • You present the cultural diversity in the world of wine to an international audience and thus create a special guest experience.
  • We look forward to your valuable contribution to the creation of the wine and drinks lists in line with the new philosophy, in coordination with our Head of Wine & Service, your restaurant management and the management.
  • You are responsible for the correct storage and presentation of our wines.
  • You plan wine tastings together with our winegrowers.
  • You take our guests' culinary preferences on board and take them into account when building up regular guest relationships.
  • The tasks include routine work such as mise en place work, setting, correct invoicing and much more.
  • Compliance with quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you.
  • Wine and beverage knowledge are your personal passion.
  • Sales-oriented, high-quality advice on all beverage recommendations.
  • Careful handling of drinks and food.

Your profile:

  • You already have several years of professional experience in the high-end segment
  • Completed training in the areas of wine and beverage culture are available
  • Comprehensive specialist knowledge about wines from all over the world
  • You are characterized by strong communication and presentation skills
  • You enjoy working in an atmosphere that spoils international guests with culinary delights
  • A high guest and service orientation as well as cultivated manners and an impeccable appearance are your standards
  • You work very independently and efficiently in your role
  • You are aware of the Gröller Hospitality philosophy and you enjoy living the brand and making it tangible for our guests.

We offer - depending on qualifications and experience - a significant overpayment. For legal reasons, we are obliged to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €2,110 gross based on full-time employment of 40 hours. This position is subject to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry.
