Chef de Rang (m/f/d)

As Chef de Rang you are one of the most important contact persons for our guests and represent the philosophy of Gröller Hospitality.

Your tasks:

• You have the main responsibility for your own station and welcome our national and international guests
• We look forward to your ideas for creating the wine and drinks lists in line with the new philosophy, in coordination with our Head of Wine & Service, your restaurant management and the management team
• The job includes routine tasks such as mise en place work, setting, correct invoicing and much more.
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards is a matter of course for you
• You are passionate about wine and beverages
• Sales-oriented, high-quality advice on the selection of beverages
• Correct storage and careful handling of beverages and food in the service area
• Training and passing on your knowledge within the team are important to you

Your profile:

• You already have several years of professional experience in the high-end segment
• Training in the areas of wine and beverage culture is an advantage
• You are characterized by strong communication skills and enthusiasm
• You speak German and English very well
• A high guest and service orientation as well as cultivated manners and an impeccable appearance are your requirements
• In this role, you will work very independently and efficiently
• You are aware of the philosophy of the Gröller Hospitality companies and you enjoy living the brand and making it tangible for our guests
