The Central is looking for fine conductors
"Feine Leite" is what they say in Ötztal when you've found the good ones. And that's what we are looking for! We are a 5-star hotel; always innovative, but never out of the ordinary. The Central belongs to the Sölden ski lift company and is run by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl.

Perhaps you loved baking sand cakes as a child. Or maybe you only discovered your love of subtle flavors later? Either way, are you now passionate about the best ingredients and good food, do you like tinkering with ideas, are you helpful and generally a fine person? Then join the kitchen team!
Your tasks: You can do that!
- Independent work at the assigned post and its organization
- Preparation of sauces, stocks, etc.
- Cooking goulash, ragouts, roulades and often also game dishes
- Management of a Commis de Cuisine / Demichef de Cuisine
- Knowledge of the food on offer and how it is prepared
- Implementation of recipes according to the chef's standards
