As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly at the Jägerwirt reception and will play a key role in making our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.

Do you already have experience in the hotel industry and enjoy dealing with international guests and employees? Perfect!

Requirements

Your area of responsibility at the Jägerwirt:

Host heart: Warm welcome and check-in for our guests
In word and deed: contact person for questions, concerns and problems for guests and employees
Service champion: Guest care and information point for all concerns of our international guest clientele
Mentor Champion: Supporting and representing the reservation manager in all matters (e.g. managing staff, scheduling services, conducting interviews, maintaining the team, optimal cooperation through staff meetings, etc.)
Master of organization: Ensuring a smooth stay
Number cruncher: invoicing and cash management
Until next time: checking out and saying goodbye to departing guests
Sales genius: voucher and direct room sales
Behind the scenes: Carrying out administrative reception work and master data maintenance
Everything in view: Various control tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow at reception
Team rock star: Optimal cooperation with the reception team and other departments
Request fulfiller: Dealing professionally with guest feedback and solving challenges
