- Accepting and processing reservation inquiries - Active sales to guests (by phone & email)
- Welcoming and checking in arriving guests
- Guest care and information point for all concerns of our international guest clientele
- Organization of the smooth running of the stay
- Invoicing, cash management
- Check-out and saying goodbye to departing guests
- Voucher and direct room sales to guests
- Carrying out administrative reception work, maintaining master data
- Optimal cooperation with departments of the hotel
