Description
Your tasks:
- Carrying out general repair and maintenance work in the entire hotel area
- Care and maintenance of the outdoor facilities
- Monitoring the building services and technical systems (heating, air conditioning, electrics)
- Carrying out painting and renovation work
- Commissioning and coordinating external tradesmen and service providers
- Supporting the cleaning team as required
- Knowledge of ensuring and complying with safety and hygiene standards
Taking over emergency services in the event of technical problems outside regular working hours
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g. as an electrician, plumber, carpenter or comparable professions)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel or hospitality industry (not essential)
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to take on emergency services
- Good German & English skills
- Friendly demeanor and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Safety and hygiene awareness
- Language skills
