Description

YOUR TASKS WITH US:

  • Support in the planning, management and control of administrative and operational processes in housekeeping
  • Representing the manager during their absence
  • Supporting the senior manager with staff management, training and further development
  • Implementation of Seehotel Jägerwirt housekeeping standards as well as support and control of all public areas
  • Representation of the employees on the floor incl. control of cleaning, hygiene and safety in the guest rooms, public & BOH areas, employee houses according to the internal quality standards of our house, brand standards and LQA
  • Ensuring smooth cooperation with all departments such as technology, reception and coordination with external partner companies as required
  • Handling the private bar (stocking, checking, inventory)
  • Support and implementation of ordering, incoming goods inspection and stocktaking,
  • Supporting the entire housekeeping team including cleaning work
  • Shared responsibility for the Lost & Found

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Professional and management experience in the upscale hotel industry (in a comparable position desired but not required)
  • Friendly and professional appearance as well as a confident and polite demeanor
  • Good knowledge of German and English, any other language is an advantage
  • High quality awareness and service orientation
  • Eye for detail, as well as for cleanliness and order
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Commitment and dedication
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and initiative
