Description
For our half-board restaurant and our INCONTRO Gin & Cocktail Bar we are looking for open-minded young personalities with specialist knowledge and a stylish appearance. Professional experience in the 4*/5* hotel industry is required. The area of responsibility includes the unconditional quality-oriented service of our hotel guests in the course of our daily 5-course dinner.
Requirements
The main tasks include the active sale of drinks and wines while independently managing a station with approx. 20-25 guests. In addition, there is the usualpreparation and follow-up work in the service area (mise en place, invoices, etc.). Management of your own station, assistance with breakfast.
You will also be responsible for managing our wine cellar, maintaining and developing our wine list.
On the bar manager's day off, you will work independently at the INCONTRO Gin & Cocktail Bar.
You will be responsible for the duty roster and for quality control in the restaurant.
Service at an upscale level - but not at fine dining level.
