Description
We are looking for our hotel restaurant from December 3, 2024 to the end of March 2025:
Sommelier (with station)
The tasks include:
- Breakfast service
- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant
- Evening service (ordering drinks, serving, retrieving food, small talk with guests,...)
- Beverage service
- Wine service
- Buffet service
- Back office
- Cash register system (no collection)
- Working on a station with approx. 20-25 guests
We almost always have partial services (early & evening) - once a week a through service from noon (see duty roster)
Tasks Wine:
- Maintenance of the wine lists
- Organization of the wine cabinets & wine storage
- Wine recommendations
Requirements

- at least 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Austria

Offer
Working hours and remuneration:
- 6-day week, part-time (mornings & evenings), one day off per week
- Net salary of EUR 2,400 per month (for 6 days)
- Vacation and public holidays are paid out and a share of tips

- Single apartment in our new, modern staff house with private bathroom, WC, own kitchen, WLAN, smart TV

- free meals 2-3 times a day in the hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
- The staff house is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel
