Description
We are looking for for our hotel restaurant from June 10, 2025 to October 12, 2025:
Chef de Rang & Bar
The tasks include:
- Breakfast service
- Preparation and follow-up work in the restaurant
- Evening service (ordering drinks, serving, retrieving food, small talk with guests,...)
- Beverage service
- Wine service
- Buffet service
- Back office
- Cash register system (no collection)
- Working on a station with approx. 20-25 guests
We almost always have partial service (early & evening) - once a week a through service from noon (see duty roster)
Bar duties:
- As a second bartender, you are responsible for the bar on the head bartender's day off
- On busy bar evenings you are the second bartender

Requirements
Requirements:

- good knowledge of German
- at least 1 year of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in Austria
- Basic bar knowledge
- Ability to work in a team

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Offer
Working hours and remuneration:
- 6-day week, part-time (mornings & evenings), one day off per week
- Net salary of EUR 2,300 per month (for 6 days)
- Vacation and public holidays are paid and a share of tips
