are currently looking for an employee for our HR team.

Your strengths:

Your areas of responsibility:

  • Recruiting process: You will be responsible for handling the entire recruiting process. This includes creating and publishing job advertisements, reviewing application documents, conducting interviews and selecting suitable candidates. (Software: Onboard)
  • Onboarding: You organize and accompany the onboarding process for new employees so that they quickly find their way around their new working environment and feel welcome.
  • Administration: You will carry out various administrative and organizational tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, drawing up employment contracts and processing vacation requests.
  • Time management: You record and manage the working hours of all employees and ensure the correct accounting of overtime and absences. (Software: HGC)
  • HR projects: You will be actively involved in various HR projects, such as the development of employee appraisals, employee surveys, training programs or the organization of employee events.
  • Cooperation: You will work closely with the payroll department to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Contact person: You are available to all employees for questions relating to HR and support them together with the head of department in all HR-related matters.

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial training (apprenticeship/HAK/HLW/FH/UNI),
  • Completed training or courses in the field of human resources.
  • Experience in a human resources department or interest in this area.
  • Enthusiasm for working in HR.
  • Independent work, initiative and a high degree of reliability and quality awareness.
