What can you expect with us ..

... in the 1st year of your apprenticeship:

- The first contact with the guest

- Basic work such as:

▪ Folding napkins

▪ Uncovering cutlery and glasses

▪ Polishing glasses and cutlery

- But also responsible tasks such as

▪ Helping with the breakfast buffet, as well as preparing for the evening service

▪ Event. Looking after the guest reception

▪ Serving food in the afternoon

... in the 2nd year of apprenticeship:

- Active contact with guests

▪ Welcoming guests and guiding them to the table

▪ Taking guests' orders, entering them into the system and billing them

- But also use the specialist knowledge you have already acquired:

▪ Preparing coffee (barista)

▪ Preparation of drinks

▪ Serving food and drinks

... in the 3rd year of apprenticeship:

- The decisive interaction with the guest:

▪ Advising guests and taking individual wishes into account

▪ Wine service

▪ Preparation of cocktails

- Looking after your own station

- Adherence to the corporate philosophy

- Attending vocational school

- Preparation for the final apprenticeship exam
