F&B Manager (m/w/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Operational responsibility for the F&B area
• Further development of the gastronomic concept in our outlets
• Special focus on our new a la carte restaurant "1881" and its positioning in the top gastronomy segment
• Evaluation, adaptation and reorganization of internal processes
• Contact for guests and employees
• Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Support with inventories, recruiting, operational processes, etc...

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training in the hotel/catering industry
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Leadership and management skills with high social competence and hands-on mentality
• Good German and English skills are a MUST, other language skills are an advantage
• High guest and service orientation
• Confident and self-assured appearance
• Willingness to learn, quality awareness and attention to detail,
• Organizational talent and initiative
• A pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations
