Head of Finance (m/f/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Ongoing, complete and factually organized recording and posting of all business transactions
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and evaluations
• Control and recording of daily draws, administration of the main cash desk
• Control and preparation of the OPOS list and dunning process
• Creation and control of inventories
• Contact for tax consultants, auditors and authorities
• Ongoing process optimization in accounting
• Close cooperation with all departments

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial training
• Completed accountant exam
• Professional experience as an accountant
• Management experience an advantage
• Experience in the hotel/catering industry desirable
• Independent work and good self-organization
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment
