Barkeeper (m/w/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Looking after guests in our hotel bar and in the a la carte restaurant "1881"
• Collaboration on a fast and smooth service process at the highest level
• Preparation of the required mise-en-place
• Competent advice for our guests about the food and drink on offer
• Maintaining and ensuring service standards
• Preparation, decoration & serving of cocktails, long drinks and other beverages
• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the hotel bar

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the hotel or catering industry
• Good German and English skills are a MUST, other language skills are an advantage
• High guest and service orientation
• Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners, as well as a confident and self-assured demeanor
• A pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations

• Monthly salary € 2,500 gross for 40 hours/week
