Chef de Partie (m/w/d)

For our highly motivated team at the Villa Seilern Vital Resort in Bad Ischl, we are looking for employees who live genuine hospitality with us and inspire our guests again and again with their charisma, commitment and ideas in the following position:

TASKS

• Preparation of dishes for our evening buffet and for our a la carte restaurant "1881"
• Verification of goods orders
• Proper storage and control of all foodstuffs
• Ensuring high quality
• Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Successfully completed chef training
• Experience in the hotel or catering industry
• Good German or English language skills are a MUST
• High guest and service orientation
• Willingness to learn, quality awareness and attention to detail
• A pronounced degree of reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience in stressful situations

• Gross monthly salary € 2,900 (willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience).
