Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team, and both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere.
For the summer season we are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/f/d) for our half-board restaurant.
Responsibilities / main tasks
- Preparation of the service (mise en place), replenishment and clean-up work
- Placing, serving, looking after and advising our guests with their own station
- confident knowledge of the food and drinks menu
- proper booking in the cash register system, preparation of invoices
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
- completed basic training in service and/or sound specialist knowledge
- Experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage
- Product knowledge in the area of food and beverages
- a good command of German and English (other languages an advantage)
- an open personality with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- strong resilience and high flexibility as well as a very precise way of working
- strong team spirit and a high level of service
