Description
We are a home on the mountain for our guests, but also for our team. Both we as a family and our long-standing employees create a good working atmosphere. We are looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) for the summer season 2025 - also for the following winter season.
Responsibilities / main tasks
- Check in and check out
- Guest care (table reservations, massage appointments, cab bookings etc.)
- Guest correspondence
- Preparation of menu cards and morning posters
- Preparation of arrival folders and room cards
- Issuing Lech Cards
- Accounting for your own cash desk
- and much more
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in the upscale hotel industry is an advantage
- good language skills in German and English (other languages an advantage)
- an open personality with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
- strong resilience and high flexibility as well as a very precise way of working
- strong team spirit and a high level of service orientation
